Kinistino is a small prairie town surrounded by wheat, barley and canola fields. Farming is the main industry with two major implement dealerships. Kinistino offers a K-12 school, Curling Rink, Ice Rink, Mulit Use Facility, Co-Op Daycare, Fully Serviced Subdivision, Restraunts, Grocery Store and, Mechanics. There are several parks to sit in and have a picnic or cool off at the Kinsmen Paddling Pool. Brand new Multi-Use Facitly just had a grand opening in June ready for any occasion to be held at.
