Kinistino is located in north-central Saskatchewan with a population of approximately 800 people. Golden fields of canola, wheat, and barley surround the town. Farming is the main industry. A wide range of recreation facilities and activities are available in Kinistino. These include a Sport’s Complex which includes a gymnasium area, skating and curling rinks. A tennis court, and a Kinsmen Park complete with a paddling pool. Kinistino offers 5 churches of every denomination. We have 7 community organizations to serve Kinistino, Communities in Bloom, Curling Club, Skating Club, Girl Guides, Half Century Club, Kinsmen Club, and Legion. The school is Pre-k to Grade 12 and a 27 space daycare. Two of the largest businesses in town are Ag World and Farm World which is the largest implement dealership in North Amercia. Trees line the streets giving them a great canopy of shade. Planters and flower beds are placed through the town.
