March 13 to 15: North American Garden Tourism Conference

FULL CONFERENCE PROGRAM NOW ON-LINE

The fifth biennial North American Garden Tourism Conference – taking place in Toronto, Canada from March 13 to 15 – is shaping up to be a not-to-be-missed, WOW event for garden, municipal and tourism sectors alike.

In this day and age, going it alone is difficult and success of almost all ventures is grounded in the partnerships they create. With this in mind, the fabulous Conference speakers are all set to address the theme:

Garden Experiences + Partnerships = Tourism Success

The first two days of the Conference are jam-packed with speakers a sampling of which include: Canada’s illustrious gardens – from the world-renowned Butchart Gardens on Vancouver Island to the impressive Kingsbrae Gardens in New Brunswick, Quebec’s outstanding Les Jardins de Métis/Reford Gardens and Ottawa’s incomparable Canadian Tulip Festival. American participants from the infamous High Line in New York City to Denver Botanic Gardens, legendary Chanticleer and the newly created Richmond Garden Trail will speak about the importance of partnerships in their success. And the international experience will be represented by Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay, Lanzarote’s Cactus Garden, UAE’s Dubai Miracle Garden and France’s Les Jardins Fruitiers de Laquenexy.

Day three of the Conference is filled with informative optional workshops and tours to Canada Blooms, Canada’s largest flower and garden festival.

The full program is available at www.gardentourismconference.com where you can also register for the Conference and book your accommodation. Register soon as early bird registration deadline is February 28th.

The most frequent feedback from past Conference delegates is that this stimulating March event energizes participants for the coming garden season and that while the content is extraordinary, the networking opportunities are peerless. We guarantee the same outcomes this year and look forward to meeting you in Toronto in March 2017!
